- Get 1 block firm tofu
- Take as needed Honey
- Take Gochujang
- Get Kimchi

- Press tofu for 30+mins
- Cut tofu into cubes
- Add cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika to tofu and mix
- Add oil to pan, med-high heat
- Fry tofu until brown
- While itβs frying, make sauce*: soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, kimchi juice, honey
- Remove tofu from heat
- Add oil to pan, cut some kimchi and and fry for 1 min
- Add tofu back in kimchi pan, toss with sauce*, add sesame seeds as garnish, and serve!
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
