  1. Take 6 eggs
  2. Get 500 ml sugarless soy milk
  3. Take Poh Choy Chinese spinnach
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  5. Make ready Mushroom
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp soy sauce
  8. Take 1 tsp sugar
  9. Prepare 1 tsp sesame oil
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  11. Take 3 cloves chopped garlic
Instructions to make Poh Choy Tofu:
  1. Cut poh choy into small pieces and make it dry.
  2. Beat 6 eggs and add 500ml sugarless soy milk. Add 1/2 tsp salt.
  3. Place a piece of baking paper onto a steaming tray. Spread the vege all over the tray.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the tray. Cover the tray with aluminum foil. Steam the egg for 30 mins in med heat.
  5. Cool down the tofu egg and transfer into a flat plate. Cut the tofu into smaller square pieces.
  6. Deep fry the tofu in low heat oil for 2 mins on both sides. Fry the bottom first.
  7. Place the fried tofu on a serving plate.
  8. Stir fry the garlic, mushroom and add in seasoning. Add 1 cup of water and braised for 3 mins. Add cornstarch solution to thicken sauce. Pour the sauce on top of tofu and ready to serve.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
