The ingredients needed to make Tofu Scones:
  1. Take 200 grams Pancake mix
  2. Take 100 grams Silken tofu
  3. Prepare 1/2 Chocolate bar (optional)
Instructions to make Tofu Scones:
  1. Combine the pancake mix and the silken tofu in a bowl. Mash the tofu and mix well.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces, and fold into Step 1, then bring the mixture together into one dough. Divide into 8 even portions. Make 5 cm diameter and 1.5 cm thick circles.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180℃/350℉, and bake for 20 minutes, then it’s done.
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
