Hey everyone, it is Louise, welcome to our recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, chinese fried rice. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Chinese Fried Rice is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. They are fine and they look wonderful. Chinese Fried Rice is something which I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have chinese fried rice using 12 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Chinese Fried Rice:
  1. Get 1 cup boiled plain rice (80% boiled)
  2. Make ready 2 cup length wise chopped mixed Veggies
  3. Take 1/2 cup lengthwise chopped fresh Tofu/Paneer
  4. Get 2 finely chopped green chilli
  5. Take 1 inch grated ginger
  6. Get 1/4 tsp ajinomoto (optional)
  7. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  8. Take 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  9. Prepare 1 tsp soya sauce
  10. Make ready 1 tsp vinegar
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions to make Chinese Fried Rice:
  1. Take a pan heat oil on medium flame. Add tofu/Paneer to it and let it roast, till they are turns into golden colour. Take out in a plate.
  2. Now add carrot, beans as well and cook it on high flame & make sure the oil is hot enough.
  3. Fry the Veggies till becomes crunchy. Now add capsicum and cabbage as well fry the Veggies for anotther 30 seconds to 1 minute
  4. Add green chilli sauce, vinegar. Now combine the roasted Tofu/Paneer as well. Saute nicely.
  5. Mix salt and Finally add the boiled rice. Mix well and stir nicely for a minute. Turn off the gas. Now saute for 30 seconds. Ready to serve.
  6. CHINESE FRIED RICE, take out in serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
