- Add Korea spicy sauce 1 tablespoon or adjust to your taste. Add 50ml of the water and simmer. The longer you simmer, the tofu will be more flavorful.
- Once mushrooms are cooked, turn up the heat and reduced the liquid. Serve with rice, noodles or a bed of crunch salad!
