  2. In a large saucepan, add all the ingredients except tofu and beef. Turn on medium heat. Cover and cook for 10-15 min.
  3. Add kinu tofu and beef ontop. Cover and cook for another 10 min. Note : if you want to make it spicier, add Korean chilli powder.
  4. Serve with warm steamed rice.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
