  12. Prepare 2 bunch green onion chopped

  1. Fry pork in oil, add onions, mushrooms, and water chestnuts, sautee until pork is browned
  2. Add sake, salt, shoyu and sugar, mix well
  3. Place tofu cubes in the bottom of a 3 quart glass casserole disho or 9* x 13* pan, sprayed with vegetable spray
  4. Pour Pork mixture over tofu
  5. Pour eggs evenly over pork mixture
  6. cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 minutes
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
