  1. Make ready 2 packages Spring rolls wrappers / 48 pieces

  3. Make ready 1 head Cabbage / cleaned and shredded
  4. Get 2 Chicken breast / thin sliced
  5. Prepare 200 grams Minced pork
  6. Prepare 5 slice Ham / sliced
  7. Make ready 1 each Tofu / thin sliced
  8. Take 150 grams Vermicelli / soaked in water and cut
  9. Get 150 grams Bean sprout
  10. Take 1 clove Garlic / minced
  11. Make ready 1 head Onion / sliced

  13. Make ready 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  14. Make ready 3 tbsp Soya sauce
  15. Get 1 tsp Salt
  16. Make ready 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  17. Get 2 bunch Spring onion / chopped
  18. Take eggs mixture
  19. Get 3 Eggs / large size
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp Mix black and white sesame
  21. Prepare 1 tsp Corn starch
  22. Make ready 1 tsp Olive oil or vegetables oil to stir fry the stuffing
Steps to make Kanya ’s Spring Rolls:
  1. Make the stuffing by clean and shred cabbage , slice carrots , onion, ham, tofu,chicken , clean bean sprout , soak vermicelli in water
  2. In the pan sprinkle some vegetables or olive oil , brown garlic ,and follow with chicken , minced pork , ham ,stir until meat is almost cook ,add tofu, cabbage ,carrots,stir until soft ,add seasoning ,vermicelli ,spring onion , mix well , turn heat off, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool
  3. Prepare eggs mixture by beat eggs , add corn starch and sesame and mix well
  4. Wraps the rolls ,on a plate place one sheet of spring roll wrapper on , fill the stuffing 1 and half tbsp , and follow by pictures ,use the eggs mixture to stick the sheet ,repeat until finish
  5. On deep fry 180°F .before fry dip roll into eggs mixture ,approximately 3-4 mins until golden brown ,cut half ,and serve hot with Thai chillies sauce ,enjoy :)
