The ingredients needed to make Poh Choy Tofu:
- Get 6 eggs
- Take 500 ml sugarless soy milk
- Get Poh Choy Chinese spinnach
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
- Make ready Mushroom
- Prepare 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Get 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Take 1 tsp sugar
- Make ready 1 tsp sesame oil
- Take 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- Get 3 cloves chopped garlic
Steps to make Poh Choy Tofu:
- Cut poh choy into small pieces and make it dry.
- Beat 6 eggs and add 500ml sugarless soy milk. Add 1/2 tsp salt.
- Place a piece of baking paper onto a steaming tray. Spread the vege all over the tray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the tray. Cover the tray with aluminum foil. Steam the egg for 30 mins in med heat.
- Cool down the tofu egg and transfer into a flat plate. Cut the tofu into smaller square pieces.
- Deep fry the tofu in low heat oil for 2 mins on both sides. Fry the bottom first.
- Place the fried tofu on a serving plate.
- Stir fry the garlic, mushroom and add in seasoning. Add 1 cup of water and braised for 3 mins. Add cornstarch solution to thicken sauce. Pour the sauce on top of tofu and ready to serve.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
