The ingredients needed to make Crumbly Tofu Stir-Fry:
  1. Get 1 block Firm tofu
  2. Prepare 50 grams Bacon
  3. Get 2 Bell peppers
  4. Make ready 10 cm Green onions or scallions
  5. Take Other vegetables such as carrots
  6. Get 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  7. Get 1 ● Doubanjiang
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp ● Vegetable oil
  9. Take 1 pinch ● Sugar
Instructions to make Crumbly Tofu Stir-Fry:
  1. Put a weight on the tofu and leave to drain off the excess water for about 15 minutes. Cut into cubes.
  2. Chop up all the vegetables very finely.
  3. Heat up the 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add all the vegetables except for the bell peppers and the doubanjiang and stir fry quickly. Add the tofu and stir fry while breaking it apart.
  4. When all the moisture has evaporated from the tofu and it’s crumbly, add the soy sauce, sugar and bell peppers.
  5. Keep on stir frying until the soy sauce gives off a roasted fragrance and the tofu is lightly browned.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
