  2. Take Veg oil
  3. Get Onions, scotch bonnet and tomatoes (fresh)

Awara/Tofu is the result of the coagulation of soy milk using coagulants such as tamarind juice. The curds are then pressed into solid white/off white blocks. Traditionally it is chopped and then fried in. *Water. Cut your awara into desired shapes, season and fry.

Instructions to make Tofu (Awara):
  1. Put your seasonings in a bowl, pour 1 cup of water on it. Pour your already cutted tofu, leave for 5 mins, then use strainer to drain the water..
  2. Heat your oil on the pan, then fry your tofu… Add dried ground pepper and diced onions, scotch bonnet and tomatoes..
  3. Enjoy
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
