- After draining the water,you will cut your tofu into your desired shape..Set your oil on fire,beat the egg but do not add salt into the egg..mix your Maggi cube with water..Dip the tofu into the Maggi cube water you mixed and then dip it into the egg.then fry and set aside
- Dice your onion, scotch bonnet and spring onion Dizzle some oil into a non-stick frying pan,add the scotch bonnet, onion fry for like 3minute.add your seasoning and spring onion and fry for some minute
- Wash your cabbage,onion and spring onion.cut and then garnish it with your tofu.Add yaji if desired
