- Make ready 150 g Tofu
- Make ready 1 ren onion/green onions
- Take 1 inch ginger
- Make ready 10-12 cloves garlic
- Take 5-6 pieces green chilli
- Take 1 broccoli flower
- Get 8-10 oyster mushrooms
- Get 2-3 dry red chilies
- Take 1/2 tbsp red chilli flakes/red chilli powder
- Take To taste Salt
- Prepare 1/3 tbsp sugar
- Get 1 tbsp corn starch
- Get 2-3 tbsp oil
- Prepare Water as required
Steps to make Spicy Tofu:
- Chopped the onion. Chopped the ginger-garlic-green chilli in slice. Cut the broccoli and mushrooms.
- Slice the tofu into cube shape.
- In the pan heat the oil and add the dry red chilies. Then add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilies and saute well.
- Add some broccolis and mushrooms. Mushrooms will help to moist the broccolis. Saute them very well.
- Now add salt to taste and red chilli flakes/red chilli powder. Add pinch of sugar.
- Add some water and when it starts to boil then add corn starch paste to get a thick gravy.
- Now add sliced tofu and mix them very well.
- After 5 minutes switch off the gas and serve it with hot steamed rice.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
