  1. Add water to full pot. Add salt , garlic and pepper. Waiting for hot.
  2. Marinate pork with oyster sauce and soy sauce.
  3. Form pork mixture into a small ball and drop into hot water.
  4. Add slice egg tofu and seeweed.
  5. Bring glass noodles to boil in another pot for 1 minutes and put in the main pot.
  6. Season more salt if you want. Add chopped green onions.
  7. When ready , serve and top with finely chopped cilantro.
