  5. Make ready Salt to taste
  6. Take 2 blocks of tofu (cubed)
  7. Make ready 3 small carrots (cubed)
  8. Take 1 corn cob (divided to thirds)
  9. Prepare 5 pieces of Tofu Puffs (Tauhu Pok)
  10. Make ready 1.5 Litre of Water
Instructions to make Simple Korean Tofu Soup:
  1. Stir-fry carrots, garlic & shallot in pot. Oil the pan accordingly. Leave the carrots until it’s softened.
  2. Add Water, Anchovy cubes, Ssamjang Sauce, Salt and Corn. Bring To boil, reduce heat and leave it to simmer around 15 minutes.
  3. Put in tofu & tofu puff. Simmer around 5 minutes and ready to serve.
  4. Additional step, if you favor more spicy version, put in 1 tablespoon of Taeyongcho Gochujang or kimchi to your own liking. Enjoy!
