The ingredients needed to make Kimchi Tofu:
  1. Prepare 1 block firm tofu
  2. Make ready as needed Honey
  3. Take Gochujang
  4. Make ready Kimchi
  5. Get as needed Paprika
  6. Take as needed Salt
  7. Make ready as needed Pepper
  8. Make ready 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  9. Prepare as needed Oil
  10. Get Soy sauce
  11. Get Sesame oil
  12. Make ready Sesame seeds as garnish
Instructions to make Kimchi Tofu:
  1. Press tofu for 30+mins
  2. Cut tofu into cubes
  3. Add cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika to tofu and mix
  4. Add oil to pan, med-high heat
  5. Fry tofu until brown
  6. While it’s frying, make sauce*: soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, kimchi juice, honey
  7. Remove tofu from heat
  8. Add oil to pan, cut some kimchi and and fry for 1 min
  9. Add tofu back in kimchi pan, toss with sauce*, add sesame seeds as garnish, and serve!
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
