  6. Turn the heat down to low. Add the miso/ water. Stir the tatsoi through and leave for 1-2 mins.
  7. You can add the soba to the tofu/ veg soup before serving. Or put the soba into bowls and then add the soup. Sprinkle with shichimi. Enjoy 😋
