  1. Prepare 1 (300 g) Pack silken tofu
  2. Prepare 300 g any raw mixed vegetables-broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, spring onion, mushroom etc

  4. Prepare 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  5. Take 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. Make ready Cornflour slurry (1 heaped teaspoon & a bit of cold water)
  7. Prepare Salt and pepper
  8. Make ready 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
