  1. Take 1 Cup day old Rice
  2. Get Half block of Firm Tofu
  3. Prepare 2 Tablespoons Mushroom Soy Sauce

  6. Prepare 1 Clove Garlic
  7. Prepare 2 Tablespoons Oil
Steps to make Vegan Fried Rice:
  1. Wash and dice your bell pepper. Cube your tofu into a similar size to your bell pepper. Finely chop your garlic.
  2. In a pan heat the oil until almost smoking and then add the bell pepper. Add 1 pinch of salt and fry until it looks slightly char grilled.
  3. Add the tofu and add the other pinch of salt. Fry together until the tofu is a light golden colour.
  4. Add the garlic last to prevent burning. Fry for 30 seconds before adding the rice.
  5. Add the soy sauce and turn the heat down. Stir fry together until the rice is hot then serve.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
