  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed & then cover skillet. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally; add water,if needed,to prevent scorching. Serve barbecue on whole-wheat rolls.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
