  1. Get 200 gms Pad Thai noodles

  15. Make ready 3 tbsp brown sugar
  16. Take 1 tsp tamarind paste
  17. Take 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  18. Get 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce

Steps to make Vegetarian Pad Thai:
  1. Soak the noodles in the warm water for 5-7 minutes until they are soft.
  2. Drain the water and keep aside.
  3. In a pan,mix all the pad Thai sauce ingredients to make the sauce.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes on the medium heat.
  5. Heat oil in a separate pan.
  6. Add garlic and red chilli and fry for a minute.
  7. Add onions, spring onions,red yellow bell peppers,tofu, salt, peanuts and saute for a minute.
  8. Add the cooked noodles and the sauce in the pan and toss well.
  9. Garnish with roasted peanuts and spring onions greens and serve hot
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
