- In a pan, heat: oil, garlic, chillies, chilli paste, and ginger on high heat for 2-3 mins. Add ground meat and mushrooms. Sauté until well done. Dash with soy sauce.
- Pan sear tofu block with oil until edges crisps. Salt and pepper to taste. Let cool and cut into cubes.
- Add vermicelli to bowls with boiling stock. Top with tofu, meat, cilantro + green onions, sesame seeds, and chilli oil.
