- Prepare Tofu cubed
- Get Grated onion
- Get Grated scotchbonnet
- Take Oil
- Get Garam masala powder
- Get Red chili flakes
- Make ready Marinade
- Take Oil
- Take Lemon juice
- Get Black pepper
- Get Red chili powder
- Make ready Garam masala powder
Steps to make Peppered Tofu:
- Marinate tofu in the above marinade for 1 -2 hours(prefer overnight)
- Heat oil and deep fry tofu
- Drain and set aside
- Heat another pan, add 1 tbsp oil, add grated onion and scotch bonnet,stir and fry add garam masala powder, red chili flakes.
- Add tofu to the above mixture and cook whilst stirring.
- Remove and serve
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
