The ingredients needed to make Peppered Tofu:
  1. Prepare Tofu cubed
  2. Get Grated onion
  3. Get Grated scotchbonnet
  4. Take Oil
  5. Get Garam masala powder
  6. Get Red chili flakes
  7. Make ready Marinade
  8. Take Oil
  9. Take Lemon juice
  10. Get Black pepper
  11. Get Red chili powder
  12. Make ready Garam masala powder
Steps to make Peppered Tofu:
  1. Marinate tofu in the above marinade for 1 -2 hours(prefer overnight)
  2. Heat oil and deep fry tofu
  3. Drain and set aside
  4. Heat another pan, add 1 tbsp oil, add grated onion and scotch bonnet,stir and fry add garam masala powder, red chili flakes.
  5. Add tofu to the above mixture and cook whilst stirring.
  6. Remove and serve
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
