Steps to make Kadhai Tofu Veg:
  1. Take a pan and fry jeera, Tej patta, black pepper, big and small illaichi for 30 sec and leave it for cool down.
  2. Take a kadhai add oil then jeera, turmeric powder, Coriander powder mix it or leave it for 1 min after that add ginger garlic paste then add chopped onion mix well again leave it for 1 min.
  3. When onion become soft then add chopped capsicum, green chili mix it and wait for 2 min, after that add tomato puree again mix all ingredients or wait for 2 min.
  4. Then add fried spices and small pieces of tofu then add salt, Garam masala mix it and leave it for 2 min after that your dish is ready to serve.
  5. Add coriander leaves for garnish.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
