  2. Heat a Tb oil in a non stick pan and sauté the veggies for 5-7 minutes on medium-Low heat
  3. Season with salt,pepper and dry spices and mix well
  4. Add the crumbled tofu and mix well and sauté on Low heat
  5. Finish by adding coriander leaves and lemon juice
  6. Mix and take off heat
  7. Serve warm in toast/sandwiches/roles
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
