  1. Make ready 1 pkt tofu
  2. Get 1/4 cup green peas
  3. Prepare 1 tsp each garlic ginger chopped
  4. Prepare 2 tomato made puree

  6. Make ready 2 onion finely chopped
  7. Make ready 2 tsp Butter paneer masala
  8. Prepare 2 tbs Amul cream
  9. Prepare Kasturi methi few crushed

  12. Get 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make Tofu Matar Masala:
  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan add chopped onion till golden brown add ginger and garlic chopped and add tomato purée sauté well till leaves the oil
  2. Add salt and butter paneer masala powder and add green peas coked till tender on a slow heat adding little water
  3. Add tofu pieces and cook for a little not too much otherwise it will be hard add cream and Kasturi methi cook little for 1 minutes and add milk if gravy is thick
  4. Garnish with coriander chopped leaves and enjoy with roti nan and kulcha
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
