The ingredients needed to make Tofu Masala:
  1. Make ready For Tofu Marination
  2. Prepare 250 gm Tofu
  3. Take 2 tsp curd
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
  5. Get 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric power
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp pav bhaji masala

  10. Prepare 4 tsp dried Onion (I used onion mantra -kitchen mantra brand)
  11. Take 10-12 piece dried garlic (used garlic mantra- kitchen mantra brand)
  12. Prepare 1 tsp oil
  13. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
  14. Make ready 1 bay leaves
  15. Prepare 1 inch cinnamon
  16. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  18. Get 1 tsp salt (as per taste)
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
  20. Take 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  21. Make ready 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
Instructions to make Tofu Masala:
  1. Marinate the tofu:-take a bowl, add tofu, curd, and all dry masala, and mix well and rest for 15-20 mins.
  2. For Masala :-Soak onion mantra and garlic mantra in water for 10-15 mins.
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, and cinnamon powder and saute for 1-2 mins.
  5. Onion Mantra doesn’t take too much time to cook
  6. It takes 4-5 mins to cook.
  7. Add Garlic mantra pieces and cook.
  8. Add all masala and cook for 1 min
  9. Add little water and cook for 3-4 mins
  10. Cook until oil starts to separate, it takes around 5-7 mins.
  11. When masala gets ready, add marinated tofu in masala and cook for 5 mins.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with parantha and Roti.
  13. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
