Steps to make Tofu Tikka masala:
  1. Cut onions in slices and separate its petals. cut capsicum in cubes. Also cut tofu in cubes.
  2. In a add all dry powder masala along with hung curd, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Mix all well. Now add Tofu, onion and capsicum pieces in prepared mixture, mix everything together with soft hand. Make sure masalas should be coated in tofu, onion and capsicum pieces very well. Keep it in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Heat ghee or butter in a nonstick Pan. Add marinated tofu and veggies pieces one by one in pan. Every Tofu piece must be touched the surface of pan, do not overlap it, so that all pieces cook evenly.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Flip tofu pieces and veggies, again cook another side for 5 minutes or till you get your desire texture. Spread some chat masala. Tofu Tikka Masala is ready to serve. Enjoy
