  1. Take washed tomatoes and scoop out the pulp from the tomatoes. The pulp can be used thereafter for sauteeing. Simultaneously crumple and mash the tofu and add salt and red chilli powder.
  2. Add stuffing in the tomatoes and grease the outer surface of tomatoes.keep it in the preheated OTG for 10 minutes. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on it.
  3. Keep them for 10 minutes in OTG
  4. After 10 minutes, take out the baked tomatoes.you will find the skin of the tomatoes shrivelled..
  5. Now take the frozen spinach and defreeze it..
  6. Grind it into smooth paste by adding green chilli in it..
  7. In a wok, take desi ghee and let it warm.add cumin and let it splutter.Add ginger garlic paste..Add chopped onions and saute them till pink.
  8. Add tomatoes and the scooped out pulp,saute them..
  9. Add Spinach puree and,saute them..Add peanut powder and mix it thoroughly.
  10. Let it simmer for some more time. Add salt, red chilli powder dhania, garam masala powder, kasoori methi, little water.once the gravy is ready, add fresh cream and immerse tomatoes in it. Your dish is ready.Enjoy with paranthas or rice
