Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, healthy and nourishing chilled tofu. One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Healthy and Nourishing Chilled Tofu is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Healthy and Nourishing Chilled Tofu is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have healthy and nourishing chilled tofu using 6 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Healthy and Nourishing Chilled Tofu:
  1. Get blocks of 75 grams each Silken tofu (firm tofu is okay too)
  2. Prepare pack Natto
  3. Get to 2 tablespoons Cauldron-cooked shirasu (boiled and dried tiny sardines)
  4. Take handful Kimchi
  5. Take Sesame oil
  6. Make ready Nori seaweed
Instructions to make Healthy and Nourishing Chilled Tofu:
  1. Roughly chop up the kimchi.
  2. Add natto which has been mixed with the sauce packet that comes with it to the mixture in 1, together with the shirasu. I use the natto pictured here…it was cheap and the beans were nice and big - I recommend it!!
  3. Rinse the chilled tofu lightly, cut into easy to eat pieces, and put on a serving plate.
  4. Put the mixture from Step 2 on top of the tofu in Step 3, and drizzle with some sesame oil. Scatter some shredded nori seaweed on top and it’s done.
  5. Trivia: You can tell whether your whitebait fish are fresh by the way they curve up! Make sure to check them when you’re buying them.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
