- Heat 1 tbspoon oil in a non stick pan. Fry the tofu from both sides.
- Cut tomatoes in quarters and cucumber in small size.
- In a bowl, mix salad leaves, tomatoes and cucumber, pomegranate seeds. Pour leftover marinate on top. Toss it gently.
- Now add the fried tofu in it. You can also add roasted pumpkin seeds or walnut in it.
