  1. Make ready Tofu
  2. Prepare Tepung kanji (starch)
  3. Get Dashi stock (1g:50ml), 3 gr utk 150ml
  4. Get 2 tbsp soy sauce
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp mirin
  6. Get Lobak (radish)
Instructions to make Agedashi Tofu:
  1. Make the dashi stock with bonito, put aside
  2. Boiled down mirin, add bonito stock
  3. Fry tofu, grate lobak
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
