  4. Add the water and the sesame seeds from Step 2 into the bowl from Step 3, and mix them well. Add the cornstarch and mix more.
  5. Microwave the mixture from Step 4 at 600 W for 2 minutes. Using a whisk, mix it really well until it thickens and the sesame seeds no longer sink to the bottom.
  6. Season it with salt and sugar. Dip the mold in water and pour the mixture in it. Chill it in the refrigerator.
  7. Transfer it into a serving bowl. Eat it with your favorite sauce. Miso sauce, sesame sauce, wasabi and soy sauce, or black sugar syrup go well with this tofu.
