- Pour the stock and coconut milk. Let it simmer on my medium-low heat for about 10 minutes to thicken. Make sure the heat isnt too much as it can make the milk to cuddle.
- Add the Apples and tofu, let it simmer for another ten minutes to cook through.
- And TADA. You are done. Serve with rice or anything you want. Served mine with basmati long grain rice.
