  1. Cut 4 pcs. tofu into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Season with 2 tsbps. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, and 1 tsp. pepper.
  3. Dip each tofu pieces in two slightly beaten eggs, then in 2 cups breadcrumbs.
  4. Deep fry in 2 cups hot cooking oil, then drain.
  5. For the dip: mix 1/2 cup mayonaise, 1 tbsp. each of soy sauce and chopped cashew nuts.
  6. Top with 1 tbsp. fried crispy garlic and a sprig of parsley.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
