  2. marinade: combine soy, ginger and cayenne

  5. heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan or wok
  6. fry tofu until its crispy, at least 5-7 minutes, while gently stirring
  7. drain on papertowels to remove any excess oil
  8. serve with any stir fried veggies, rice or stir fried noodles
  9. Enjoy! (with sriracha, of course)
