  1. Press the tofu between a kitchen towel until dry.
  2. Put the spices together with the olive oil and tapioca starch and mix to make a marinade.
  3. Slice the tofu into little cubes.
  4. Mix the tofus well with the marinade. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast to make it more crispy.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 20 mins on 180 °C (370 °F) and shake halfway through. Or bake in the oven for 20 mins on 200 °C (400 °F)
  6. Sprinkle with a little bit of lemon juice and serve. Enjoy! :)
