  1. Get A Tofu - cubed & fried
  2. Get B Mint Dips
  3. Make ready big bowl of mint
  4. Prepare chopped corriander
  5. Get big brown/yellow onion - sliced
  6. Get garlic - crushed
  7. Get big green chilli - sliced
  8. Prepare birdeye chillies (or more) - crushed
  9. Take sugar
  10. Get chicken seasoning powder
  11. Get garam masala
  12. Take lemon - squeeze for juice
  13. Prepare Cooking oil
Instructions to make Mint Dips & Tofu:
  1. Cube tofu & fry. Clean mint & roughly chop coriander. Prepare the rest.
  2. Preheat 3-4 tbsp cooking oil. Sauté onion, garlic, green chillies & bird eye chillies until fragrant. Add 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala. Stir to mix. Add both greens in - mint & coriander. Stir then season with sugar and chicken seasoning powder. Squeeze 1/2 lemon. Stir to mix. Turn off the heat. Set aside to lightly cool for 5mins. Lastly. Blend everything in a blender. Serve with fried tofu, meat or chicken.
