  2. Prepare 1/2 butter
  3. Take 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  4. Make ready 5 cloves garlic
  5. Prepare 1 medium size onion
  6. Make ready Oyster sauce
  7. Prepare Light soy sauce
  8. Take 3 Green chilli
  9. Get Red dried chilli
  10. Prepare 1/2 mayonnaise
  11. Get 1 large size egg
  12. Take Vegetable Oil
  13. Make ready 1 pinch salt alt
  14. Prepare 1 teaspoon pepper
  15. Make ready 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions to make Sizzling Buttered Tofu:
  1. Beat eggs and soak the cube sliced tofu for 1 minute.
  2. Put cooking oil in a pan and then fry the coated tofu until golden brown
  3. Use a different pan to melt the butter. Then add and sauté chopped garlic, onion, pepper, salt and sugar.
  4. Add the fried tofu, oyster, mayonnaise and all-purpose cream then mix. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the green chilli.
  5. Remove from the pan and then plate the tofu in sizzling plate with melted butter then top it with red dried chilli
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
