The ingredients needed to make Fried Tofu:
  1. Prepare 2 blocks tofu, slice
  2. Take 2 tomatoe, chopped
  3. Get Shallots and garlic, minced
Steps to make Fried Tofu:
  1. Stir fry shallots and garlic then add tomatoe. Season with salt. When cook set aside
  2. Cut tofu into slices pat dry with kitchen towel. Heat pan add oil then fry tofu. When done arrange in a plate and put cooked tomatoe in the center to use as dipping sauce
  3. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
